Bismarck January 27 The Blair bill to move the state fair from Grand Forks to permanent location at Fargo was introduced in the house. Proponents say the measure punishes The Grand Forks Herald and Senator Stemo for opposing secret constitutional revision. The Herald and Stemo stood for principle amid a hostile climate from the Nonpartisan League. Senate support is uncertain and league pressure is expected to continue.
