The leading members of the German peace congress delegation are expected to arrive at 9 p.m. The eighty seven members of the German peace commission arrived last night, forming the second party to reach the scene of the peace terms presentation. Of these, thirty were women. The Germans include the commission on arms limitation led by Doctors Von Becker and Schall and the commission on commercial affairs led by Botticher. Sixteen members of the latter commission are women. The party included the official courier Von Bismarck a doctor a barber and Rudolph Brandt the representative. Also present were telegraph and telephone operators.
