The term disposed of small civil dock et cases while United States v Capt Lee Hall ended with acquittal on all charges. Barley Morrison faced a post office burglary trial and was found guilty. E Strang, former Fisher postmaster, was acquitted in a mail embezzlement case. Dink Allen and John Bennett cases were dismissed or continued. Maj Kearby attended court. judges and DA left for home after adjournment.
