Druggist selling Megrimene headache cure.
A November 13, 1891 report describes a grand social at Mr Andres for Miss Mary Clark with music by Miss Mary Clark Zenada Harmonson and Maud Metzler. Prof Pots sang a patriotic song and plays, followed by plays like Salting the sheep and Old Maids Punching the Old Bachelors. The crowd left around eleven.
Advertisements announce prizes for purchases at 25 to 100 dollars and a candle guess, with D R Akun Co and Valley View Items promoting sales and family outreach. Notices report jail repairs under county commissioners, new confinement arrangements, and praise for humane improvements.
