Our previous dump sales were great successes prompting another bigger sale. All goods strictly cash with regular prices for charged items. It’s a genuine cut price sale to attract cash buyers. We cannot offer credit swaps. We invite reading every word to appreciate the stock and prices, including cans at 10c and 49c.
Mrs Miss Nil Kenan, former resident, wed at her parents home in El Pay Gill et Om Oklahoma with Rev Henry Law officiating. The couple begin a bridal tour through the northeast and Canada, planning to reside in Okmulgee where the groom has substantial business interests.
A letter from Hon S. M. Foster, candidate for district attorney, asks us to announce that he will speak at the court house tonight. His opponents have been invited to attend, and it is likely all three will be present to present their claims or have a representative. Everyone is invited.
The district and county clerk appeals to Young County voters through the newspaper column stating it is impractical to meet every voter before the July 23 primary. He cites past service and seeks continued trust, promising faithful discharge of duties and sincere thanks.
The protracted meeting starts Friday night at Lower Tonk with Dr. W T Rouse of Graham assisting Rev. F E Suttle in preaching. H L Hearn explains his typhoid illness delaying in person voter outreach before the Democratic Primary, asking for fair consideration. Jay Garvin returns from visits to Fort Worth Weatherford and other points.
