Small Pox Spreads in Proffitt Community
Proffitt residents C. T. Holbert and G. R. Thomas reported Monday that multiple new small pox cases have appeared and the disease is spreading. Over thirty people in the community have had it, with fifteen to twenty more infected. no deaths yet, but severity appears to rise.
