Last Wednesday the corporation case was called in the District Court and the Court sustained the demurrers and the corporation of the city of Graham. Transgressor Faces Hard Way as Inquest Begins
District judge district attorney and lawyers left Sunday and Monday. The town emptied until the wolf and rabbit scalp boys arrived to file claims before the county Sanhedrim. The grand jury failed to indict Tom Walker for burglary but he remains jailed on a pistol charge. Tom realizes the road ahead is rough.
