Washington March 27 The president issued a proclamation opening Oklahoma lands to settlement on April 22. General land office orders created two districts with offices at Kind Fisher station and Guthrie dividing the territory north and south by the range line between ranges 5 and 4 west. Each district holds about the same township count. Also includes ads for Shiloh products and North Carolina Confederate pensions note.
