Fire wipes out Claborne & Fisher building in Graham
A blaze Sunday afternoon destroyed the Claborne and Fisher building and four nearby wooden structures at Grove and Fourth streets. Loss estimated at about 75000 dollars with little insurance. Fire started likely from a city garage dynamo. quick action by volunteer firefighters contained the spread and saved adjacent structures. Three men needed medical care for heat exposure.
