Sheriff John Saye and Deputies George Black and Tom Murphy seized a still at the old Horton residence on South Oak street. C. A. St. Clair was jailed on operating a still charge. Equipment included a worm and related gear, with a box of raisins and a can of winger seized. About 125 gallons of mash were taken in a Sunday raid on a house at the far end of South Oak street.
