President Harding and his advisers are drafting a policy toward Soviet Russia. Officials say reversal of Wilson era stance is likely toward closer relations, but recognition of the Soviet government remains unlikely.
Berlin reports alleys allied reparations threaten seizure of Frankfurt. Communist uprisings spread across Germany with twenty five dead today. Dynamiting public buildings bank robberies and looting mark the outbursts. Government denies martial law hope peace officers restore order. Death toll cites Hamburg Freiburg Eisleben with violence at Eisleben. The radicals seek revolt to gain power and Soviet Russia rumors persist but not proven.
The Rockefeller Fund will contribute forty million francs to centralize Brussels University Faculty of Medicine facilities. A hospital building and barracks will be acquired to house theatres, classrooms, labs, and clinics with at least 350 beds. The gift includes a 250,000 franc endowment.
The Electrified Water Company, established about a week ago by C. Adams, reports strong business serving homes and businesses. Water passes directly from mains through aluminum plates to remove matter, then through filters and an ozone chamber to pure water that supposedly stays fresh indefinitely. A city delivery service operates, with the plant on North Elm Street near the depot.
Two masked robbers bound and gagged Cecil Leige the wagon driver delivering mail from Denison union station to the post office. They looted mail sacks, took the wagon to the city outskirts, and fled. Leige was found by police and gave a description of the suspects.
A Frisco Shows attraction, Lizzie Simian and her two month old son Reese, born in Africa, captivate ladies at the Irene Lachman society circus. Lizzie weighs fifteen pounds and stands two and a half feet, while Reese, two pounds, is lively and mischievous. Public receptions follow each show with Lizzie keeping distance from admirers. A large crowd attended last night and more are expected with better weather.
Eliasville reports Mid Kansas H Hill No 3, three miles southwest, began as a small producer. An attempted shot failed to detonate, then a re-shot blew all tools except the bit from the hole. Since then the well has flowed about 2,600 barrels daily.
Oklahoma City report says removal of state board members and reorganization would allow the state to get a hundred cents on the dollar for its purchases. The special report from the House investigating committee was filed today.
Washington March 24 President Harding expressed appreciation for the settlement of the packers wage controversy saying the aim of his administration is to avoid suspension of industrial activities He congratulated Secretary Davis and representatives of the packers and workers who informed him that the strike had been averted and a settlement agreed on.
Paris report by Rene Quinton of the French Aeronautical League notes France has slipped from third to fourth in air power behind the United States England and Germany. He advocates a robust aerial fleet and expanded postal routes as France lags in developing commercial air service while others rapidly extend networks and routes.
W F E Soldner of the Frisco Exposition Shows demonstrates trained monkeys Dubs and Duke racing small cars on a cone shaped speedway. The act mirrors vaudeville routines with roaring motors black smoke and swift stops as the animals mimic racing stunts.
The South Bend Chamber of Commerce will host a big banquet next Tuesday noon to help citizens become better acquainted and boost the oil field center. Arthur Moore of the Bijo Cafe will provide a meal at $1 per plate as part of an entertaining program.

Burglars forced entry into the John E. Morrison Co. dry goods store at Loving last night and secured a quantity of clothing. Officers launched a search this morning but have not yet found the burglars or suspects.
Construction in Graham progresses with several projects in final stages. The Claborne-Fisher one story brick at West Fourth street, the City Garage, and a People's Co operative Store space advance toward completion. A Smith & Smiley two story brick rises on the square, plus the Waples Platter warehouse finishing touches. Petrolia Supply's North Elm depot area warehouse nears completion. Morrison Hotel by Pancoast moves up, Johnson two story brick on the square braces for finish, Lauck Gallagher and Graham two story bricks planned with initial work today.
Rock Island will likely continue its Sunday oil train between Graham and Fort Worth. Agent Bennett cites strong business since operation began three weeks ago with railroad receipts this month around 200000 dollars. He notes no slack in freight shipments and very heavy activity.
Bandits took 12600 dollars in money and jewelry in three robberies. At R Goldberg’s home next to Mayor Thompson’s, 2600 dollars in cash and jewelry were seized. A drug store safe on the city outskirts yielded 2000 dollars and daylight bandits robbed two collectors for a tea company, escaping with 5000 dollars.
Work began on Graham's new ball park to house a Class D team in the Texas-Oklahoma league joining Ardmore Denison Paris Cleburne Bonham. Carl Van Zant will manage and sign players with A M Keisker leading the league’s Graham presence. The T O season opens April 19 with a Fort Worth meeting on April 5 to set schedules.
Cardinal Gibbons, head of the American Catholic Church, died in Baltimore at 11 30 this morning after a period of illness. He had been in poor health since December and aged 86. Monsignor John Bonzano and Bishop Owen Corrigan were among the clergymen at his home at the time of death.
Mrs. Margaret Munns national treasurer of the Women s Christian Temperance Union denied reports that the group planned a special national campaign in support of Blue Sundays in Chicago on March 21.
