Dr Konstantinos Peter Kostakos 40 died in a Saturday automobile crash near Fairchance Pennsylvania. Rites were held Tuesday at Grace Episcopal Elkins with Rev James Aloupisos and Rev Frank Rowley concelebrating. Interment Maplewood Cemetery. Floral tributes over 100. Kostakos, a Elkins physician and theater manager, led remodeling of the Strand theater in Elkins, leased by Manos company from Bonafede estate for 20 years.
