Charleston September 3 Read of Four Corners Maryland was denied a supreme court review of his first degree murder conviction for the beating death of W Earle Dollman a Charleston salesman. Read’s appeal sought a writ of error to stay the Tuesday execution at Moundsville penitentiary.
