Kidnapped Boy Returned To His Mother At B & O Restaurant
Fred Boylen five year old son of Mrs Sallie Ann Williams was returned to his mother at the Baltimore and Ohio rest house last night at nine o clock by Carl Dalton after a day in a rail pen in the hills near 96 Water Station. The boy had been abducted by his stepfather Elmer Ray Williams from the home of Charles Jewell at Blueville Thursday noon. Dalton says Elmer brought the child to his home and then asked him to return him to his mother. An extensive search by state, county and city officers had followed the abduction amid threats of bodily harm. Continued on Page Four.

One Killed and Twelve Hurt in Bus Wreck in York
