Death Fails to Save Pair From Prison

Istown Pa February 27 two bank employees were sentenced in Montgomery county court for embezzlement. J Troan E pleaded guilty to 8204000 embezzlement from Norristown Penn Trust Company and was sentenced to five years. Walter Myer pleaded guilty to 184000 shortage and received seven to fourteen years. Both fined and ordered to pay costs and restitution. Judge John Faber Miller died last Saturday, delaying imposition. new presiding judge J Ambler Williams read the sentences with Judge William Solly present.
