Hoke is charged with felonious assault in the death of A G Arnett a guard at the school after a night of 19h 11. Becheler Beceler and Shamblin also charged, with Becheler alleged to have struck the fatal blows. Hoke had sought a mental exam but then entered a not guilty plea.
