Rhode Island plate found after two years missing
Des mond Douglas finally learned what happened to his 1953 auto license plate. Winifred B. Wilkins of Rumney New Hampshire advertised in the Providence Sunday Journal for a Rhode Island plate for his collection. He said his current Rhode Island plate was beat up and the lost plate had been reported two years ago.
