Body Of Murdered Man Identified In Elk River Find
Webster Springs June 15 The body found seven miles below Webster Springs on an Elk river island in May was positively identified as John McCoy of South Charleston after exhumation by county medical officer Dr H C Blair and a second post mortem. X rays matched those from ten years ago when he fractured his right leg in a slate fall while working in a coal mine.
