In Elkins Maryland a 14 year old boy, Howell, was approached by a shabby stranger at the post office. The man choked him, drew a razor, and threatened to cut him if he cried. They went to a nearby yard and he was robbed of 6.20, then stripped before the boy escaped, shouting for help as pedestrians arrived. the assailant remains at large.
