A solemn graduation at St Augustine's High School featured a sermon by Rev. M. Coghlan stressing education as character formation guided by Catholic morality. Separately, Arthur Colebank of Knottsville was freed by a coroner's jury in a self defense shooting of George Randolph in Baltimore, with testimony from witnesses and details of the incident and investigation.
