Woman and baby in mine shanty siege ends with tear gas
In Preston county a drunken man Jim Romsburg 53 barricaded in a Bull Run mine shanty with a 42 gauge shotgun after police arrived to arrest him on a charge of keeping a house of ill fame. State Police used tear gas as officers approached under lights to force surrender. Romsburg and a woman Margaret Carroll and her infant were inside.
