Du Pont chairman of the board The commission released a summary of officers directors and principal stockholders holdings showing corrected figures for Du Ponts common stock from November 1934 onward The corrections indicate that over the period he owed more shares than he owned and the Dec 31 1934 report showed 93262 shares held by him with adjustments in subsequent reports
