Bluffing an Outlaw at a Mexican Silver Mine
The New Yorker silver mine in Mexico, run by Americans, faced extortion from Jose Favara who demanded 200 dollars monthly. After a bluff by President Nervely and a staged strike, Favara abducted Nervely and extorted 10,000 dollars before Nervely was released and the strike ended.
