Brown Answers More Vets Questions From Local Help
J. T. Brown, veterans contact agent for Grafton, today announced answers to additional questions puzzling local veterans. Q reenlistment and readjustment allowances are defined by the act as ending with termination of hostilities by Congress or presidential proclamation, giving veterans at least five years to use benefits. A partial National Service Life Insurance conversion is not allowed after discharge, but if policy was issued before this year there is eight years to convert, and converting at current age has little advantage.
