Railroad worker Edward Hussion found unconscious near St Augustine School
Edward Hussion a 5 foot 10 inch Baltimore and Ohio railroad shop employe from East Bluemont Street was discovered unconscious near the St Augustine school wall around 9 45 this morning with heavy head bleeding. He was taken to Grafton City hospital in critical condition with possible head injuries and exposure. Police say there is no sign of foul play and it is believed he fell over the wall.

Three Tucker county youths vanish in harsh weather search continues

Logan county grocer Prank Chericlo of Mount Gay received an 18 month sentence after federal charges found he evaded income taxes by more than 28 000 dollars over four years. He was fined 20 000 dollars and ordered to repay taxes. Raleigh county resident Jacqueline Daniels must serve 18 months in Alderson women’s prison for three year underpayment totaling 43 000 dollars.
