Coy Roach a 38 year old resident of Clemtown Barbour county confessed to burglary of the Court Pharmacy and breaking and entering the Central drug store in the city early last Monday morning. Police Chief A E Lockard State Trooper W E Murphy and Deputy Harry Batson led the investigation which resulted in Roach being held Thursday and confession obtained tonight. Roach a morphine addict broke down in Gews Jail cell and related his part in the robberies blaming his craving for morphine and requiring medical attention for his mental state. Narcotics had been withheld since arrest and Roach had denied addiction until last night.
