Charleston February 14 An inventory of all new passenger cars trucks and trailers held by West Virginia dealers as of February 11 has been ordered to facilitate the automobile rationing program effective February 26. State Rationing Administrator Carl G Bachmann said the survey must be completed by next Thursday. Dealers must list 1942 vehicles on hand and all other cars and trucks driven less than 1000 miles. Forms issued by the Office of Price Administration will be used and forwarded to the OPA mobile inventory unit in New York.
