Joint Committee Meet Frasure To Explain Plan
Charleston Feb 2 A joint hearing is slated to review the administration proposed permanent voter registration bill West Virginia voters. Senate Judiciary chair Paul D Brooke says the group will meet with the House Judiciary next Tuesday night to hear Dr Carl Frasure of West Virginia University College of Law discuss the measure. The bill would keep a registered voter's name on the books unless they move precinct. Julius Cohen will join Frasure in commenting on the plan. The Senate committee previously voted to recommend a page of a bill on annual valuation and classification of lands bought by the state for taxes.
