Baby Burned by Coal Fire Near Graf ton Home
Three year old Ella Mae Ross daughter of Mr and Mrs John Ross of 12 Mulligan avenue fell into an open coal grate at 7 40 last night. Clothing caught fire and was torn away. Firemen and Dr H L Noble treated her at the Ross home then she was taken to Graf ton City hospital where doctors found first degree burns over about a tenth of her body mainly on the left side. The burns are painful but she is expected to recover.
