Reapportionment Plan Proposed by Delegates Massie
Charleston December 5. Delegate T K Massie Mercer county plans to introduce a reapportionment bill to give each 18000 population one delegate and one more for each 18000 or major fraction. Defendent Shot During Escape Attempt in New York Trial
Sidney Wells, a fourth offender awaiting life, was shot and killed by court attendant Captain John Palle during the execution of an escape attempt at the court of general sessions.
