The Twelfth annual Taylor County Fair opens Tuesday at noon and runs through Saturday with judging for all exhibits except livestock and flowers starting at 9 a.m. tomorrow. Three Die In State Traffic Wrecks

At least three people died in West Virginia over the weekend in traffic accidents. Elmore Helmick, 40, of West Milford perished when a car plunged from a 60 foot embankment in Monongahela National Forest. Charles L. Alderson, 56, of Richwood died when his car backed over a 60 foot embankment near Holcomb. William E. Tucker, 26, of Columbus, Ohio, was killed when his motorcycle skidded on gravel on a curve in Pt Pleasant.
