Walter L Curry of the Grafton-Pairmont road was found guilty by a Taylor County Circuit court jury of unlawful shooting a pistol from his car into a crowd of boys on Witkwire road last July 25. The verdict carries one to five years in the state penitentiary or as prescribed by the court, plus possible jail time and a $500 fine.
