Meanest thief robs widow in Iowa Falls incident
A robber described as the meanest thief robbed 76 year old widow Effie Card in Iowa Falls last week of 860 dollars in cash. The thief also took 80 dollars from her apartment, the property of her daughter Ima Frederick, who is also a widow.
