Local People In Auto Wreck Near Estherville
Miss Mildred Jacobsen was injured in an auto accident northeast of Estherville Sunday night and taken to Coleman hospital. Melvin Harris escaped with light injuries after a rollover caused by loose gravel on a rural road four miles east and three miles north of Motherville. A fire started from the ignition but was extinguished with an extinguisher. Harris swerved to miss a pheasant, triggering the crash.

Mission Opens With Large Attendance In Catholic Church
