DeVries Named National Model on Advisory Board
Graettinger industrialist John DeVries, member of Iowa Blue Cross and Blue Shield health advisory board, has been highlighted as a national model in an 82 page Blue Cross Association report. He is one of 159 Iowans on the board formed two years ago and will serve a three year term through 1977. The Iowa plan includes farmers, housewives, minority representatives, laborers, teachers, and other professionals who sit on 12 area committees and a state committee without pay.
