Poisoned Water From Worn Rattlesnake In Well

In a Union township subdistrict school the fall term water supply showed many pupils with white lips. Cleanout revealed badly decayed rattlesnake remains in the well. No one was seriously harmed though teacher Miss Lula Grandall was ill for days.

J D Charleston returned from Minnesota about a week ago. Miss Olson of Jack Creek visits the Knutson family. Miss Emma Hanson is with her sister Mrs Bergeson for dressmaking. Oscar Olson drove to Emmetsburg last Saturday. Helen and Hannah Johnson accompanied him home. Hattie McCulla visited family in Jisberville. Mr and Mrs A O Bergeson visited relatives in Jack Creek. Mr and Mrs O S Myhlire of Mille Lake spent Sunday at Myles. Martin Jared went to Beaton Co to attend his brother's reading.
