Walnut Homemakers Fall Tea Leads to Community Fund Drive
The Walnut Homemakers met at Wilma Bisgard’s home on September 25 to plan fundraising for the Pennies for Friendship Fund and dependent children. Officers for the coming year were elected led by President Vannie Simon and Joy Hankey as vice president. Guests attended, discussions followed a lesson on lightening household tasks, and a tea was served.
