Officials urge eligible voters to participate in the township meetings and the ensuing elections.
The commission fixed December 4, 1944, at 10:00 A M in Des Moines for a hearing on a proposed franchise. Objections must be filed in triplicate at least five days before the hearing. Objects should have full authority to act for their party.
