Davidson and many others are named as owners, trustees, or heirs connected to drainage district land in Palo Alto County Iowa. The notice names settlers, banks, and societies among the lew holders and infeumbrancers for the lands described as drainage district No 14.
Property within sections 5 6 7 11 12 13 14 in townships 97 32 Palo Alto County Iowa described as overflow prone and too wet for cultivation. Petition by H M Helgen et al filed November 13 1906 seeks establishment of a drainage district and construction of a public drain, with Le Roy Grout named as engineer to survey and report. Hearing set June 25 1906 in Emmetsburg for sufficiency and damages claims due by June 20 1906.
