Dear Sullivans Florida winter postcard from Jacksonville

From Jacksonville Florida Dear Sullivans It is time again for the 2.50 enclosed find check. The Times notes Graettinger folk spent winter in California enjoying the smog and cold weather. Next winter plan Florida as winter vacation land. The past winter was the least on record. A few locals visited to enjoy it. Dr Osher and daughter and Harvey Petersen and wife from Belhondo stopped to see us on the way home. Tourist season was the best we have ever had. They arrived later but stayed longer. Business statewide holds up well. Home construction slows, commercial building on the upgrade. We feel well and ponder a summer trip up there but have not decided.
