Daughter of Mrs. Bessie Howard Named Orange County Republican Women President
Mrs. Charlotte Mousel of California, daughter of Graettinger’s Mrs. Bessie Howard, is elected president of the Orange County Federation of Republican Women at the group’s annual Irvine convention in California. A B S degree holder with four NC LA Honor Program years, she is a Hamilton School of Commerce graduate and has worked as courtroom reporter and language teacher. She has held many Republican club offices and served on numerous O C F R W conventions and committees. At the time of reporting she attended a State Central Committee meeting in San Jose with speakers including Gerald Ford and Governor Reagan. She has taught English at the University of St Louis and Spanish in California.
