Two field trials will be conducted this spring in the Palo Alto Soil Conservation District per Clement G. Vandell of the Soil Conservation Service. A second trial on the Harold Meister farm will compare multiflora rose varieties Wisconsin Minnesota Missouri and the small flowered rose to the Iowa strain, plus plant 100 Autumn Olive trees and 100 bush honeysuckle to evaluate wildlife food and cover against Russian Olive and existing multiflora rose.
