The Hurds also shared a recent ecard from son Lenny on Guam with a Hong Kong stamp while he and Kathy were on leave.

James Conrad, senior at the University of Iowa Iowa City, is elected treasurer of the university chapter of Theta Tau, the professional engineering fraternity, for the spring semester. He is the son of Mr and Mrs Milton Conrad of rural Graettinger. Bill Hudson of rural Montezuma has raced cars since 1963 and joined the Winter Nationals tour in Tampa with his IMCA car last month. Anna Miller of Blairstown, age 102, great great grandmother of Bradley Miller, attended his baptism, the fifth generation present.
