Change In School Law Affects Rural Education Financing
Supt. K. T. Hancer outlines two key changes in school law set to raise tuition limits and shift transport costs for non resident pupils. Maximum elementary tuition rises to about 16 dollars monthly and high school to 28 dollars, while districts must collect pro rata transport fees from resident districts.
