McCarty Family Returns From Minnesota North Dakota Trip
Mr and Mrs D E McCarty and family and Miss Maggie O Connor returned Tuesday evening from a motor trip to Minnesota and North Dakota. Ireland is described as enchanting in a card from Bantry Ireland. Frances George to wed Prof Henry Knox on August 12. Early Saturday rain followed by warm humid weather. Henry Lammers keeps a pheasant friendly chicken. Early potatoes are high then dropped in price. Local meetings and visits noted with Algona residents and families including the Fogde and Fogds and Bergum households. Funeral attendance of local families reported.
