Drivers face new Iowa stop law and fluid warnings
The Iowa assembly enacted a stop at every highway entrance from private drives to curb accidents and added limits on vehicle length of 45 feet. Drivers must yield to oncoming traffic and stop fully before entering highways. Also guidance advises avoiding inferior brake fluids and recommends SAE approved heavy or moderate duty fluids for safety.
