Louis Reno a former Graettinger boy died at Des Moines Vet hospital and was buried in Marshalltown. Jolly Eight club hosted by Arlene Grodland and Priscilla club outing at Arnolds Park. A July heat wave brings high humidity and knee high corn. Frankie Vogl defeated Verne Trickel in eight rounds at a boxing show with 1500 cheering spectators.
