Boar Rampage Injures Four Horses Near Whittemore
The Lauch Brothers north of town report a four year old boar attacked and badly cut up four horses on their farm. A belly wound near to exposing intestines, a stab in the stifle, a hock slash, and a leg wound were treated by Veterinarian Potter. Two horses remain in bad shape.

CO farmer CO F Jensen sues Iranilin township school board members L O Hanson and C F Johnson for slander claiming the Jensen children were barred from school last year for sanitary reasons. He seeks $1000 from each defendant in Nevada county court filings.
