Graettinger Fox Hunters Turn Wolf Hunters in Iowa
The Flaherty and Francis men of Pocahontas, long known as fox hunters, shifted to wolves last week. Over 12 years they bagged 400 foxes using the same rounds that brought the wolf down, their first. In Bremer County, the Jolly Jackson 4-H Club collected over 1,600 pounds of scrap paper in five hours, with proceeds added to the club treasury.
