Community Notes From Twelve Mile Lake Area
Sunday visits and farewells marked activities as neighbors gathered at Jake Jensen’s to bid farewell to the Jensens as they moved to a new home. Family visits stretched across nearby towns with multiple households hosting relatives and friends. A baby girl was born to Ralph and Schaecher, though one newborn girl died the next day and was buried from the Catholic church with Father Keane officiating. John Lippert was hospitalized in Iowa City for health concerns.
